Hi everyone. I have been lurking these forums for a long time (i even made a fault in a PS pong match =P), and i like 'em.

After that horrible introduction, lets have a bg story and the point of this thread:

While i dont even started college, i have got some small collection of work for some small companies and i thought that i could make a site where to host all my work for any future references needed (in addition to partice a bit html and understand a bit better JS basics).

A possible layout i have been working for the site is located for now here: http://alevice.cjb.net/Alevice.html

I still have to fix some possition of the windows (and learn how to make it look porperly over any other res than 1024x768), and the actual content and touch up a few stuff, but i wanted to see how do you think is going.

I surely apretiatte your time for checking this and i hope you like it.

Ps: Pardon my horrible grammar. English is not my first grammar (i know that is not an excuse =P)

*edit: In case you were wondering, I'm a dull attempt of gfx artisan. So my portfolio is about images and gfx (damn, i need to upload all the crap -_-¡

Well, it didn't work very well on a Mac. Windows would open but wouldn't close along wth a bunch of other misc. issues.

The imagery is nice but it tells me nothing. Your not giving me any reason to click on anything. If I have to start searching for clickable elements then IMO, your interface has problams that need fixing. If your trying to sell yourself, don't abstract your interface. Keep is simple, keep it clear, keep it logical.

You already have simple and logical, just need to work o the clarity a bit me thinks.

Well, i think i need to work over the info on each eye =P, the alt text did not seem to be as clear as i thought...

I think i could add something like depending on the eye, an image next to the eye trying to specify the section will be shown (like in the gallery section, a picture frame appears at the right of the eye, or something). Do you think that would help?
