Some suggestions:

-The white on yellow in the menu's (when selected) is hard to read.
-The project menu is a bit big
-Most people expect the menu on the left side off the screen not on the right side.
-At 1024*800 i see an horizontal scrollbar, this is not needed.

The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.

Transparency effects? What transparency effects? Oh, wait. Just a sec while a start up IE... Ahhh, I see it now. Very nice looking, IMHO. Unfortunately only works in IE

I'm with InI: splash screens must die. This one's not even necessary, just default to the more common language in your region, and provide a switch on the front page for the other language.

You have a doctype! (I'm such a dork, I know...)

You have encoding, too but what's this?

code:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1254">

1. Clean up the code. Take out the first one.
2. What's with the weird windows encoding? Have you been using frontpage?

White-on-yellow text is... blah. I don't like them. I can see you're trying to add some color, but those headers are hard to read.

This is just personal preference but... maybe you could move the home button into the main navigation, where the other menus are. Right now it's just sitting in the middle of nowhere. It's probably just me, but it seems kinda awkward.

Seeing as that's your first attempt at web design, I'd say it's a good effort. I also commend you for coming here for help

Thank you all for your precious comments

I am also not satisfied with the banner size, that is the first thing i want to change, but i think it means changing
the whole site.

Changing the color on the menu mouse-over is the easiest one

Since it's a company site, i tried to make it a little formal, but after i finished i found it very boring.Tried to add some colors but there were not much opportunity.Now i am thinking to start a new one, but i ve just finished it and it took too much time to do it since it is my first trial.

I am working with 1024x768 but there is not a horizontal bar.
the problem about the character set is about Turkish version, i included Turkish char set,
the html code is from that version i think.

i must do somethinh about the "home" buton, really.

What exactly do you mean by "splash-screen", i did not understand.Is it about the fade effects?

Thanks again for your help
