GRUMBLE: Its quite a complex table based layout and I would recommend you reduced the number of tables which might help.

OK enough of my dislike of tables when they aren't required your problem occurs because you have the main page set to 750px you have the left column set to 150px (although your lower sub-table is set to 100% which I'd fix) but your right column (main content area) is set to 100%. Fix thos widths and you should be able to fix the layout: If you are sticking with static widths then change that to 600px.

That should do it - I believe different browsers interpret 100% differently (one will go for 100% of the screen and others 100% of the available area) or something like that.
