I'm sure this has happened to more people than just me, but it happends a lot, and is affecting one of my designs. When you first load the website, Internet Explorer leaves 1px horizontal lines between some of the images on the site that are supposed to fit together..... Now, if I releoad the page or use my mouse to highlight the picture, the lines go away. I do not know what is causing this and it is a real headache. Has anyone else had this problem, and might have a solution?

I had this problem once in the past and if I remember correctly it was fixed when I updated my video card driver...

Another tip is to check for hard returns after </td> and </tr> plus lot's of whitespace in the code. It should be ignored, but sometimes it f**ks up neatly aligned images.

Actually, I've noticed this quite often before I upgraded my browser to IE6. IE5.5 used to occasionally fail to render the last line of a JPEG image, leaving a blank there. The image was complete, simply the rendering of the image was not finished on screen. Minimizing and then maximizing would show the full image. Is this the problem you refer to, or something else?
