Care to elaborate? Do you mean you want to know how to style form elements?

For all types of form elements css styling is easy. But for <input type="file">, whatever you do to get the similar styling along with other form elements, it goes waste. You can not make it look similar. Is there any solution for this?

No.
It is one of the few form elements that you can't style because it is drawn from the OS directly and not through the browser. Same goes for "select" elements.
