its kinda pixelated when you view it fullscreen.

is the blinking of the texts a wanted effect, when you hover over them? its also hard to click them, for example when you click exactly inside an 'O' there is no link!

also, for me the bg doesnt fit to the fonts... but that's a personal impression.

but overall, very good work! the animations in the upper right are great. did you make them yourself?

I think it's going to be a pretty yummy page. Very attractive so far. I'm undecided about whether I like having each category's animation do something different, or whether I'd have each be the same for consistency. Whatever.

I don't think you defined the button the way you wanted to. The gray background shows up on mousing over it. If you want a truly transparent button, you only put a keyframe on the "hit" frame. You must have put it on the "over" frame. It's not ugly by any means, and is certainly more usable than not having it there, but from your description it seems you wanted it invisible.

Yes?

Good start to what's going to be a very attractive interface.

Overall I really like it. The buttons area for clicking needs to be bigger. 9 out of 10 times I click and the buttons don't respond, only untill I put the mouse over a certain spot does the button actually respond the first time clicked. I kinda like the text animations to the right, but I think they need to all me the "same" effect. The background and fonts are ok.

I was thinking the same thing as Grumble about the hit area on the text links... you need it to acknowledge inside the text even when it's not actually *touching* the text. Just put an invisible box behind it.

Before I beat you please put a box that covers the text in the "hit" state of each of your buttons, make it a solid black and it should work That means you won't have to touch exactly on the text to get your mouse to rollover.

Well done! Now I think the links behave the way you want 'em to.

Is the word "menu" redundant? It's too easy to confuse it for a link, and everyone knows that's your menu up there at the top.

I like the simpler effects best - may favorites a bio and logos.

FWIW, I really don't have a problem with the melstudio logo as is.
