Quick question...Is final cut pro only a mac program or is it available for the pc as well...

I have never heard of it being pc compliant.

It's Mac only.

If you want to do any video editing on PC the only program I would recomend would be Sony Vegas 5. It's by far the best editing app available.
I never do the whole Mac vs. PC thing, but for us PC folk, Vegas is the way...

I would have to agree Vegas is the way to go for pc video editing. Expecially if you want to go to DVD as you can add advanced dvd authoring options for not much more.
