The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.
Don't follow his example - seek real life help first.

It's already there. Select by faces and you'll get the triangles, select by polygons and you'll get the quads

Edit mesh (skip this step if it's already an editable mesh)
Go to edge selection mode
Select the whole object with a drag-select
Under 'surface properties' in the modifier pane for edit mesh, click 'visible'

The surface properties section is all the way at the bottom
