Topic awaiting preservation: Basic to you...Advanced to me (Page 1 of 1)

It seems like this forum is extremely beyond my knowledge..this might seem basic to you but it's advanced to me. Anyway, I'm looking for more "advanced" tutorials and help than I've been referred to. I'm currently looking for more tutorials on 3D Studio Max 5. Previously, I've been recommended to places like Shad0wed, Elucidated, or Fakin-it which are all clearly ran by trendy teenagers. I'm not looking for pro tutorials for video gaming or anything...simply something a little different. I was aiming towards something like this.

Well well, I dont' use max so I dont' know if these are any good. But you could try:

They have a nice search system for tutorials: http://www.3dbuzz.com/

or try the "Links"--"Tutorials" on http://www.3dtotal.com/

There is also: http://www.highend3d.com/3dsmax/tutorials/ They have a few, but you may find more via links or on there forum. Only problem they have a new banner AD ad, that overlaps their drop down menu in explorer 6. So it's a little hard to navagate. Real highend there, guys.
