Ever wanted to have that perfect looking sky in your scene?

Well this guy is providing high resolution envorinment maps for the world. They are very large files, I'll warn you now for those of you on 56K, but well worth the download time.

That's even cooler. I like real skies. The Sini Sati ones lack a certain realism that I think no one will ever be able to put theeir finger on -- unless they're a very experienced artist or weather geek. =P Anyways.. nice. very cool warj.

It also helps if you have the actual plug-in for 3ds Max that creates such panaramic images as these, called "Dreamscape". Reminds me ALOT of Bryce 3d. Ahhh the old days of tinkering with 3d back 6 years ago :P With Dreamscape, if you know what you're doing, then you could create some pretty good images. Weather geek, lol, that would be me.
