1) I heard that somewhere you can download php, mysql and apache. (in one pack). Where is it?

2) If I have apache running, and my browser wants to go to http://www.localhost.com then it will go to my website, and if i want to go to www.google.com I can go there without shutting down apache?

http://sourceforge.net/projects/foxserv/

Foxserv will install Apache/MySQL/PHP on your machine.

And yes you can access sites on the internet without having to shut down Apache.

but be aware, that people from the internet can also view your localhost by entering your ip in the browsers adress-bar. so, if you dont want this, you should either shut-down apache, protect the directories or use a firewall.

or configure your apache so that it only 'listens' at your localhost.
(ie, change the listen directive in httpd.conf)
