There's tons of way's each depending on how you want to handle this.

One of the easiest and most prevalant is Matt's formmail script.

Otherwise you could do this really simply with php. Take a look at the mail function That and a basic knowlege of how PHP handles form values should tell you all you need to know.

matt's formail script had security flaws in the past, and was abused by spammers.
They might all be fixed now, but a widly distributed script can be scanned for automatically,
leaving you more vunerable than with a well made custom one.
