dammit! You need image magic to run this script.
I only have gd that comes bundled with php.

I guess I have to look how doc build his script and
write my own.

if I'm not wrong, imagemagik could simply be installed by coping the files to your server.
Have a look through the archives (or use the coonabibba grail's search (grail.ozoneasylum doesn't have the archives right now), you should find something in there.
