Well it handled the downsize better than expected.

That handled the downsizing better than expected ?

What was it that you expected ? It`s sort of fuzzy and hard to read. Is that what you wanted ? I`d suggest trying again at a smaller size.

"Trust" is a dirty word that comes only from such a liar but "respect" is something I will learn...if you have faith!!

Well it was a huge image to start with . I didnt think it would hold on to its legibilty as well as it did. As for fuzzy and hard to read, that wasnt my intent. I was actually aiming more towards spray painted on an overpass.

I guess if that's the effect you were going for, then I think you kind of achieved it. Although I'd categorize it more as the "lossy compression" look.

It doesn't appeal to me, but I can read it and the transparency was well done, so it's your call. I do think that it would benefit from smoothing out the edges more. Not to the point where the edges are perfect, but enough so that the jagged effect doesn't take over the whole image.

Think subtle.

I'd say it looks scratched on perhaps...definately not getting any indication of spray paint (or any indication of an overpass...).

I think the concept of working huge and sizing to tiny is really way over used.

With something like this, there's really no reason not to work at the size you plan on using it.
