Stock? Do you mean suck Perhaps? I realy wanted a real slow change like real aura, but I run into size problems. I can't think of any other ideas to reduce the file size and still keep visual appeal. I did just updated them slightly, added 1 frame to each transition and tweeked the size a little bit. It's bigger then I would like but looks a little better.

Well, I hate to be blunt, but I think it looks hideous. I think it's mainly because of the transparency/gradient issue. This is probably a good time to use a rectangular box... that way you won't have to worry about transparency. Just a thought.

I quite like the trees, but maybe you could make them lesser in number and more distant. Wouldn't they be pine tree type trees up that way too? I agree with Suho, put it in a box, perhaps with a delicate border, and lose the gradient.
