Cloudman, the border was not intentional. Not sure where it's coming from because my matte is correct. Any ideas anyone?

It is painfully miniscule, but there is an ever so light white border. Maybe it's my monitor settings or something?

Try (in the original psd), on the shape layer..Layer>>Matting>>Defringe at 1 pixel, and then save again.
