I specifically made it for Cadetnet.gov.au site. Their bg is blue & white so it suites it. I just want your opinions.

When using material that isn't yours, it's considered good manners to ask beforehand.

I checked all my email adresses, I didn't see any email from you asking if you could use that picture.

I spent a lot of time on that animation. And here you go, using it as if it was you doing all the work.

So I think the asnwer to the question, yannah, is yes. it is offensive, but not for the reasons you thought people might think it was.
