Since the links in the archived one were dead and I've had some requests to revive this, behold...
the fist in the mouth tutorial

1. You may wish to remove any lipstick, rings, etc. Things can get quite messy and painful, otherwise.
2. I like to start with making a fist, and then proceed to moving the thumb side of the fist towards your mouth as seen in Fig.1

3. Begin to put fist in mouth as seen in Fig. 2

4. Expect some resistance at this point, but do not give in. The fist will realize that it belongs in your mouth afterall. See Fig. 3

5. It will eventually go in.

So, what do you do with the tongue? Do you have a preference for which fist to use? Do you wash your hand before or after you put it in your mouth?

guys, be careful when you try this! I got my first stuck in my mouth for about 3 hours. It's a bitch trying to eat a sandwich with a fist in your mouth, lemme tell ya!

hahaha, I'm loving it Jeni. I remember a few years back in high school there was someone who would try and disgust everyone else by doing that. Somehow it's kinda kinky in person, where it kinda loses a bit over the computer. Possibly because it resembles someone I saw stick a 20oz. coke bottle in their mouth. Well, maybe only half of it or so, but it was the bottom half.
