A lot of it is just subtly ironic, like how they dropped their web host because the host believed Christ was crucified with three nails instead of four... and a lot of it is hugely ironic, like the "4 Kidz" page... but there's just so much of it that it's hard to believe it's a joke. It's a parody of GodHatesFags, a hatemongering, purportedly Christian site, and it offers up Biblical references to make the case that God does, indeed, hate figs. I just need to remember to hit it when I'm at home. I try to avoid anything even resembling a controversial site when I'm at work... hey, like now! If you do go, be sure to report back!
