When I save graphics as EPS in Illustrator
and imort it into Pagemaker it looks crappy..

Anyone experienced that?!? Clean areas with
just one tone of color has alot of "sqaures" in
it in Pagemaker... hmm.. :s

That highly pixelated ("squares") version is just a preview of the actual image. It makes it faster to display in the program. When printed on a postscript printer, it should (theoretically) appear as it's intended to.

Slime is right.

Take that PM-document and export it to a PDF and everything will look just fine.
(PDF-export is included in PM, you just need to have any PostScript printer drivers installed)

If you would like to switch to a high res image of your EPS you can go in Pagemaker to 'file/preferences/general' and choose Graphics Display: High Resolution.

If you're on a mac, you can hold the option key and click on the image to view it at it's actual resolution.
