Topic: POW Week 11: Abstract Color (Page 1 of 1)

"We want the funk! Gotta have that funk!"

Gimme some color peoples, funky angles on commonplace objects, strange swirly things, crazed color combos. Let's see some color from a "different" perspective.

A few guidelines:
1. Photo needs to go along with the subject in some way.
2. Use thumbnails for photos with any dimension larger than 450 px or over 40 kb.
3. Post as many as you want.
4. At the end of the week the person who chose the topic will pick someone to choose the next topic. This isn't a "winner," just someone who gets to suggest the next topic.
5. No critiques (unless requested) this is just to share our photos.
6. No sigs.

Cool topic. I was walking through a car park last week, and thought the colours of the cars with raindrops on them looked pretty cool. Thanks to my crappy camera, it came out pretty weird for a car that was supposed to be Ferrari sorta red:

no editing on this one... just the right lighting, and perhaps the blacklight played a role in making it so vivid.

I pointed 3 monitors at some stainless miniblinds during a thunderstorm, no luck with the lightening hitting at just the right time but abstract and colorful nonetheless
