Hey I just made new splash page and I'd need some opinions about it http://www.mbnet.fi/~powder

i like the splash page very much...

i'd just like it more if your orange part that says 'tadashi designs' didn't cover the snowboarder... plus not to bitch, but i find grinding in snowboarding to be rather uninteresting compared to big air... maybe big air would make for a more interesting picture?

like it though, keep up the nice work.. want to see what you do with the site next.

Some thoughts as Milker said. I like the image but Im also not a big fan of scanlines ne more,they've been over done i think.

i just reopened the design and saw you changed the snowboarder. this one looks really rad now, but i'd still move the snowboarder down about 15 or 20 pixels so that the tip of their head wasn't under the orange part. i really want to see the snowboarder in open space for some reason, hehe. looks really sharp though!

You won't make many friends of modem users with a 165k splash. Maybe you could optimize it some more?

You're absolutely right Das! I tried before but the quality suffered too much. I'll see if I'll get the file size smaller!
