Wow thats after a week with Photoshop? Pretty good. I would change the font a little bit. Try and pick something a little bit thicker and make the text a little bigger. The chain is alright I suppose. I would make it going from right to left though(thats horizontal right?) and get it outta the way of the text. The smiley face is pretty nifty ... big fan of that.
