Jesus H... not only File not found but you can't kill the browser window without a million pop-up "join our club" windows appearing... very rude

Sort that out !

My god, it must be on some timed loop, three have appeared in the time it has taken me to type this message...

What?

There must be some sort of problem, because I can view the site just fine without any pop ups...there shouldnt be, Im paying for everything.

Are you sure?

I posted on some other boards, and they didnt seem to have a problem.

Sorry about that, ill check it out, and see whats happening. But i just loaded it, and no problems.

hmmm....

DON'T CLICK ON THE FIRST LINK, IT'S BROKENEDED.

seriously though, the first link has a 'period' at the end that screws things up...

as for www.static5.com ...

i like your splash page, color me stupid.

in fact i enjoy all your graphics, they strike me as a lot of stuff i've seen before. kevin foames is one artist i can think of that does similar stuff, but anyways... good job with the visuals, really dig the style.

your pop-up windows with black scrawling font over them are kind of funky... it's a little rough to read, but it conveys the message sure enough and i can hang.

i only found that one of the links on the main image worked, but that's okay. i like the wallpaper too, too bad i'm already fancy to something i made earlier or i'd probably use yours.

and finally i played around in the experimental content and dammnn.. that's a nice implemation of a chromeless window, that's actually the first one i've seen work with content inside.

of course i was using IE and it probably doesn't work in NS, but so it goes...

all in all, great template for further content, nice work.... i'll give it another review once you have content up there, i'm interested to see how you'll implement more information.

See, I knew there was something going on with that link...hmmm, ohh well. www.static5.com
that should work.

Ohh taht guy you where talking about, the artist with similar style, whats a url of his? Id be very interested in checking out his work, i am a HUGE fan of this style, and am curently working on getting it modified enough to be in a classification of its own.

Thanks

Woah! you used the chromeless window without scrollbars! That's the first time I've ever actually seen it implemented. Very nice, except that it doesnt work in many browsers. =(

Other than that, I really like your page. I enjoy sites that look like this; very simple and pleasing to the eye. Some of the pages were a bit slow to load on my 56k. I'm not sure all the links work, might just be my own impatience. =)

Sorry, I take it back - it was just the link.

Good beginnings. Will be interesting to see where it takes you. When I clicked on the flash link it went to a page not found message but then the flash kicked in anyway?? Ditto the others - cool window effect. Bit unsure about the navigation - are the links all going to be in the top image?

Good luck anyways.

Ali :-)

PS What exactly did you do to get your so called friend back??

Well, He had like 300Megs worth of MP3's uploaded, trying to support the MP3 Movement.

I happened to have his FTP login also, and deleted them all, along with his site, and about 4 people he hosted.

lol, we are friends now though, he hosts me! =)
