The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.

nice! that reminds me a bit of Slime'S sine-taylor curve he just posted in the other forum!

but that's good work indeed! especially when there are a lot of balls in the picture.
maybe you could change the background, since red and green dont fit together, and its a bit jaggie!

Nifty.
Why is this in the sig forum... did I miss that part of the post?

I simply like the fact that it doesn't flicker.

I will disect the code to figure that out a bit later...

I actually had friends asking me about a double buffer a little while ago, they have to construct one for extra credit on their final project. I had to tell them I had no idea how to do it, well... now I might have some idea as to how it was done.

Thanks

I don't care where it is, or if it's a sig or not... that kicks ass! It reminds me of an ever-growing loop of chainmail.

Nice! Nice! Nice!

Yeah, I don't mind telling you that what you've shown is is about as <span style="letter-spacing : 3px; font-weight : bold; color : #fff;">far away</span> from a sig as you can possibly get.

Is it just me or are all applets a lot of waiting for barely anything? Nothing against anyone. It's just that I wait longer to load pages with applets (on t1), than to open a 40mb file in PS.

The java file is small, the start up costs to run the JRE is or the whatever java interperator you are using is slow.

That is the deal with Servlets. Once you have the classes up and loaded on the server, the speed of the applications is amazing. You have one large start up cost, and no more after that, just the cost of running.

Say there were 200 applets on this page, each of them measuring in around 16k, almost as soon as the java engine loads up the applets would be displayed.
