Preserved Topic: New Sig Test.... is all.... (Page 1 of 1)

The combined bandwidth of the images below is about 170k!!!!! (Edit2: not any more...)

I'm just testing out a couple of different versions with differnt frame rates / compression rates. I also need to test the transparency. Feel free to comment if you want too, but go easy, i've never really done an Animated Gif before, let alone one that needs to have a transparent background...

# slow down speed a little bit.
# work on the transparency of the edges
# make animation smoother (sometimes it seems to jump over two frames.)

Slowing it down would make it look jumpy or require a lot more frames and it's big enough already. I'm working on the transparency. And i fixed the problem with the jerky animation i think... I'm also hoping I've fixed that flashing problem... Animated gif's are annoying!

Yeah, that flicker happened on mine too...

I don't have a clue as to fixing it...

Ok, I'm almost done refining this IMO. What do you think.

I'd like to see one of those waves roll to the left.... and then have the sig disappear... then do it back to the right.... and disappear.... then a Flash from right behind it.... and fade out yet again........ then have a loooooonnnng pause before it does it again....
it'd give the illusion that there was nothing there if you waited long enough... and then POOF.... it pops up.... does it's thing... and then is gone again.

WarMage: I don't know what it was either, I just went back and hit the undo ket several times untill it went away. When I re-did what I had just undo it didn't happen again ??

taxon: You been taking you pills there?? It's only a Sig, people will look at it for several seconds and think hey, that's kinda nifty or wow that sucks then they'll get on with their life. But if you want to go ahead and turn you sig into the next psudo slasher flick wanna be then by all means go right ahead!
