I'll let you figure that illegible part out yourself. to be quite honest I'm not quite happy with it... I first tried to make it rip open the forum walls, but that didn't work. I want to animate it, but I don't know _what_ to animate. if anyone has any tips, please tell.

Well, Mahjqa, how about highlights across the lettters? Like someone shining a flashlight across them. LOL How about an anime lenflare across the top edge?

Jeni, Taxon is right. That truck.sig is pretty cool. It's small, yet the colour catches the eye without distracting too much from other things. I think it's got good balance or something like that.

warjournal: I also thought about the lensflare, but I think it's a little bit of a cheap effect, even if I make one of my own instead of using the filter. I'm also not really sure about the filesize, since it's now already 16 kb. I think I drop this thing alltogether... it's nothing special, just plain text with an inner glow over a knife-like thing. I just want to make something animated.

I meant something kind of like this. Not really a full-blown lensflare, but the shine from a light just where the letters are.



Quick 5 min hack. Just to get what I meant across.

edit3: not great, but 'tis better. lol i did say lensflare across the top. that would be huge. well, that's enough of me for now.
