Preserved Topic: Demos and Tutorials (Page 1 of 1)

Can anyone recommend good (inexpensive) software to make
tutorials and demos for other users and possibly clients
...interactivity would be a nice feature but only "nice to have"
something faster to develop in than flash... for software demos and for demo'ing
walkthroughs in 3d worlds .

I tried qarbon's free java based product (http://www.qarbon.com) and it's decent
and i've tried camtasia for avi output and it's ok as well. lotus screencam seems pretty
buggy...

anything else out there?
