Is there a code to allow a page to be view within a page... I mean I have the content/navigation on one page but I want to show it in my cell in the main page is there a way to show it within the cell without having a scrollbar on it and very noticable cause I want to use this content throughout many pages...

Frames, of a fixed size, with scrolling turned off.

Frames suck btw, so I would find a better option, like including content into the page via XSSI.

but wouldn't frames have to stick to an edge of a page... it can't be just in the middle of the screen could it?

yes, that is kinda what I want but how can I make a frame in the middle of nowhere?

by making 5 frames, a long one on top and bottom, and then in the middle you have 3 frames, side, middle, other side. Or vise-versa.

Thanx for the help... I figured out a solution myself... it is actually possible to have a page in page without frames and stuff...
