Hi,

I am new to SSI, so I need some help. I have worked with iFrame, but you will always get that scrollbar on your site, so I want to try SSI.

When I have my index page: index.shtml, I have to put a code something like the iFrame code on the part of my site where I want a file to be open right???

So, how do I have to link to it!? With iFrame, I used to link to a new page in the frame with "inlineframe", thats how I called the frame, so how do I do this with SSI and what are the codes!? [something like <include: "home.shtml">???]

Well... Thanks!

Includes are taken from <!--#include file "filename.ext" -->

...what else do you need to know?

Well, I need to know how to link to a SSI page...

is it just <a href="home.shtml">home</a> or do I have to link to it with: target: "inlineframe" [just like you have to do with iFrame]

the iFrame has a name, so target that. It doesn't matter if the content is imported through SSI or not.
