The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.

Yep I taught Paradox before Microsoft's big deals swung into place - it is a much nicer database system to get into than Access and just as powerful (I was really cursing Access). It has been a few years now since I did anything with Paradox - got any links?

I've used a lot of databases (I even wrote one once in Pascal many moons ago) but Paradox was the best I've used and it was far superior Access when I last used it and Access has only got clunkier and worse over the years. I did wonder if MS's licensing agreements had pushed Paradox out of business and it is nice to hear it is still going strong.

Hi Ini,

I used to work with Paradox databases using Delphi.
We had lots of problems when the program crashes and there are still opened/unclose lock files and stuff.
When it come to multi-users the problems doubled...

That's my experience
