Topic: Links not Selectable! (Page 1 of 1)

OK, wasnt sure where to place this so here goes. I'm doing an interface for our clan and ran across this problem. Here's the link for references: http://www.unusualfrequency.com/3Dworld/Interfaces/index.shtml
then click on America's Army Interface. Now if you click on join the layer changes, you can scroll up/down and all but because the content layer is behind the layer with the brick canopy the links aren't selectable. The brick canopy and the landscape behind it are two different images I done this so the content would flow behind the brick. So my question would be: Is there anyway to make the links clickable and still keep it setup to scroll behind the brick canopy?

Or am I just asking to much?
