This is an link i found worthy to share. It's an Active-X controlled wysiwyg editor which claims to be xhtml compliant. This could be handy if there is an cms and users need to do some webcoding themselves. It might just save your mind for cleaning the cms output.

And if you need an cms you should give mambo a good look.

I don't know if mambo could run active-X controls, but you can integrate xstandard on a normal webpage by using the <object> tags.

I havn't tried that one, but this one http://www.interactivetools.com/products/htmlarea/ if you go for version 3 it's crossbrowser and produces valid HTML, if the browser isn't supported it degrades to a normal textarea.

I like it.
