I tried many filter to obtains this kida wave, but it simply doesnt work!
I need help on this one, it seems pretty easy tho.

mmm... well at first glance i'd say the Motion Blur filter was the culprit there.



Try this...

Choose your colours.
Run Clouds, then apply "Auto Contrast" (ctrl+alt+shift+L).
Motion Blur on the desired angle. Use the maximum setting (999).
Apply Unsharp Mask: 250/50/0.
And again apply "Auto Contrast" (ctrl+alt+shift+L).

Duplicate the layer.
Set the Blend Mode to either Darken or Lighten; i prefer Lighten.
ReApply Motion Blur to the duped layer, but change the angle slightly. Up or down it's up to you. Watch your image because you'll now notice that some extra 'cross folds' will start showing. When you're happy with the effect click OK.

That's the first quick method that comes to mind here. Albeit it may not actually be how your example image was created, it's on the same line.

Experiment with this technique and see if you can find other ways to change this effect to your liking.

Quick Tip: You should play with the image size if you want to contract wave !
