Judging by that page alone, I would have to say IE4

And that designer is apparently using 100% of his total brain power, but that brain power is only equivilant to 1% of you common or garden amoeba

I certainly hope I'm not seeing the "advanced" page.
I REALLY hope that's not the ADVANCED page.
I've seen websites made out of old newspaper clippings taped to cardboard boxes and tied together with fishing line more advanced than that.

(sorry, but that's just funny)

[edit]
Their "Advanced features" don't even work right in FireFox 0.8. It never gets past the loading phase and their rollovers don't work. Shouldn't they be concerned with cross-platform design?

Visitor to page: Hey! Your page doesn't work in FireFox. What gives?

Designer stuck in 90s: FireFox? Wasn't that a cheesy B movie starring Clint Eastwood? Anyway, if the page isn't working properly then you need to get a browser that can handle advanced features.

I'm looking at it in Konqueror and its one of the better websites I've seen in a while.

And the possible explanations, Jestah -

1) You're joking.

2) Konqueror works some weird magic on that page.

3) You haven't seen many websites.
