This is a review section.... for site reviews that is.
You don't have a site to review so i guess you posted in the wrong section.

If you want some good advice ask the right questions be "spicific" in what you want.
Learn to write plain, understandble english and play nice.
This comunity is compared to others extremly critical, because we think your can and wil learn from mistakes. So we point out the mistakes and you only need to learn from them.

This are the most importand advices i can give right now.

And for your questions as answer i provide you with some more questions:

Do you want an upload site (people can leave their stuff on your site) or an download site (people copy programs from your site to their computer)? If the asnwer is download site you know how big the programs are you put on them. Get the best speed and "traffic per month" you can afford.

For an upload site you need to know, how many user am i aiming at?
What kind of file do i accept? How big are these files? (Ranging from minimum X Kb to Y MB)?
If the files will be big, a fast upload speed will be handy.
Should the files be protected from other users, or free to see for all visitors?
Do you want virus protection? Or an database to search the files?
Ask your self more questions? like what should i do with illegal software, what laws do i kneed to know?
Etc etc...

By answering those questions to yourself you will get an better idea abouth the space/traffic you need, then start comparing hosts and pick one who can fullfill most of your wishes.
