Looks like a classical game site to me, just ad some ads and you are done. This means it's not good or bad just pretty straight forward and probably apealing to your public. Which is a good thing.

But when i take a peek into your code i am wondering why you used all those span tags and inline styles and even some font tags. Those are not needed anymore.

I made an little example where i used an unordered list and a tiny picture to do the styling from the links.
Click-->
Also i set all the font tags in the body style section in my style sheet. Because (almost)everything inherits from the body this way i only needed to set this once.

Now take a little look at the style code for the list:

code:
li
{list-style: none inside url(bracket-xs.gif);
background-color:#252525;

with these rules all list elements will get the little image in front.
Just change the image and you will change style.

The list itself looks like this

code:
<ul>
<li><a>item 1</a></li>
<li><a>item 2</a></li>
<li><a>item 3</a></li>
</ul>

simple

The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.
We have done so.
Now Tyberius Prime expects him to start complaining that we removed his 'free speech' since this message will replace all of his posts, past and future.
Don't follow his example - seek real life help first.

Sucks.

I like the whole title, 509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded, but the content and design both suck.

Go buy some decent hosting, I agree.

Thanks for your suggestions, I have posted a temp mirror. In this state it is more or less a test. I'm just trying to figure things out. I know html fairly well and used to admin cswarfare.com (no longer exists) however I have been out of the loop for the past 2 or 3 years and css and all these things are new to me, plus I have forgoten many tags. I used dreamweaver to make the site, and didn't even check the html.

Using firefox at the moment, and it seems the site looks messed up. I will convert the design to css thanks for the links. I'll post once again once everything is fixed & working sorry for posting this at it's current state.

Learn CSS. NOW.
It's a really easy language to use, and allows more flexibility and better-looking websites than HTML on it's own.

The page looks pretty good; but I can't agree with the lime green seperating sections of the content, and in the navigation.

I'd prefer a solid color that doesn't fade or have scanlines on it.
