Finally I finished something, it was fun.

I don't think that is your first photomanipulation, you must have played a bit more than say..... sitting a computer with photoshop and playing around. Don't belive it! .... looking at your dav gallery.

Anyway...

Nice image involing all the things I like in this type of art, like...dark deep textures, written text, poeple and plants. Can't fault it apart form the left edge where it might to be a black boarder around. But where the plants are there is a glow and some sharp edges (face area), which will be nice if faded out.

A part form that little nik pik..... it very good.

It is, I have never applied any changes to photos so directly that it could be called a photomanip. The same with textures from photos.

I have never said that. I inspired myself on some of the dark art tutorials for the techniques that are common. For the background I had no idea... I just searched for different types of biological patterns, textures and objects... some are healthy some are dead. For the typo... well there I knew what I want, I just picked the two fonts.

Also it is not the first time I work in photoshop... and I hope it isn't the best I can .

About the border: I had no idea if I do a sharp border or a fade or a brush... well I made something irregular. It could be better when I am looking at it know.

And the plants got in by chance. I saw a nice nature photo from resurgere, used it to hide the ugly tube of the pills... and it looked good. Also it was a nice contrast to the graveyard. (this was the only photo I really looked for from the beginning.. these simple crosses)

I want to create something else... I got an idea. it would be call Plugged but I need a good stock image of a woman. She should look like chained to the ground with the head up, muscles stressed, arms facing the ground, slightly off the body. Painful expression... Does anybody know about some good FREE stock images... on DA or somewhere else. I will note the model in the done version...
