Could anyone tell me why my site the way I have it now looks so crappy in Opera 7? Looks good in IE 6. MOZILLA 1.7 and Firefox 0.9.2

I hate cross browser issues...

If your problem is with the navigation then looky here

code:
From your CSS
width: 100%;
margin-left: -40px;

margin-left: -40px dude opera's bound to do that. I say go for margin: 0 then set padding-left or something, that's how I'd do it and always works for me. You can't go smooth and steady each browser processes CSS differently. Oh and don't you think the space between the nav and content is a bit big... it's taking away attention.

Oh one more thing. Someone here told this to me when I was new here, and I'm proud I'm capable of saying it now. Shorthand CSS, smaller file size and easier to read, Learn it!
