Great contest... I loved the variety and originality this month!

This was a great sig. Not only right on topic but made me feel good for nostalgic reasons... Nice work!



3rd Place:

Beautiful little sig. Nice mix of topicness (is that a word?) and cleverness on use of name in sig.



2nd Place:

This sig really stuck me. I love the simple down to earth sigs and this one hit the mark on so many levels. A true case of less is more. Fantastic little sig!

And first place (like there was ever a doubt) is the fantastic work of mahjqa. (And I always pronounce this wrong and say it like it really should be said to reflect his work... I say it like "magic") This sig not only is perfect for the topic but again had that nostalgic feel that I just love. I almost gave this 2nd place only because I didn't want to miss out on his work for next month by making him name a topic! Top notch work!!!

I only got the idea of the Sega thing a couple of days before the end of the contest... Everytime I try to join I do so hesitantly. I still don't know if people decide not to participate since they think I'll win it. This contest should be about giving people a reason to have fun with PS, winning should be secondary. (Though that's easy for me to say.)

Damn. Now I need to go and think of a topic. Any suggestions?

Well done "allthebodies" another great contest, I just lurve these monthy challenges.
I can understand your hesitance Mahjqa, but take it from me, your work only inspires me, it does not put me off submitting my stuff in any way. Your work is one of the brightest jewels in the Asylum crown.
Besides, even if you won every "BigSig" contest you entered, you could only win six, that still leaves plenty for the rest of us.

Whenever I see that or more specifically the actual SEGA logo, I hear the wee tune in the back of my head. Expecially when I see Nintendo, I hear the ! PING ! from the gameboy boot up, ah memories, the memories and a deluded mind that is.
