Photoshop is mentioned by the top level inmates here as being "the best" program...well, how about Corel Draw....? It's taken me a couple of years to learn at least half of Corel Draw and it is amazing to me. How is photoshop different?.... Thanks to anyone caring to answer this newbie...

First thing we have to do is make sure we're talking about the same 'type' of program.

Corel Draw is a vector program.... Photoshop is not. Corel photopaint on the other hand is the same 'type' of program as Photoshop.

Adobe 'Illustrator' is a vector program... so which/what are we talking about?
