Hi all,

It's been a long time since I posted some new threads, but here I go again.

I've made a website for a friend of mine on his request. It was the third website I made and I'm proud of it. However, I realize the website looks fine in IE but that's about it. I know I shouldn't use an Iframe and think this is my major problem. This guy asked me if I could make sure his site looks ok in any browser, and not only in IE.

I know there are alot of you that don't use IE so this is the ideal place for getting some good tips and tricks about browser compatibility, I hope.

Other comments are welcome as well, but my main goal is making this site browser compatible.

The "Fotoo", section as you call it is based on a dhtml script that I made when I first started learning dhtml. The bug doesn't appear all the time. The picture that is loaded when you click on the thumbnail is resised automaticly so it fits in the frame. When you resize your browser window and click again on the thumnail it should also fit in the Iframe, but smaller. The script is two years old and needs some review, also for browser compatebility reasons. Like I said, any tips, tricks and bugfixes are welcome.

It doesn't look that bad really, I'm not a fan of DHTML menu's these days, and the one that you've implemented I find too difficult to use. The problem here I would say is that as soon as you move your mouse outside of the menu it shuts, it would be nice to have a little bit of delay in there so that mouse accuracy doesn't have to be so precise.

When I have my browser in 800x600 I can't see the scrollbar of the iFrame in Firefox, I have to scroll horizontally, a somewhat undesireable feature.

Finally there seems to be a lot of screen real-estate unused, lot's of verticle scrolling for elements that take up very little verticle space, maybe you like it like this, that's really down to you and your friend.
