Evening Asylumites!

I have a client that would be interested in a software that would be able to enhance a rather grainy or bad picture to the point of feature recognition. Now being the techno-idiot I am, I figured that a thing like this can only be done (to the level of quality this guy wants) in the movies. My colleagues seem to think otherwise. Anyone know of a software (or hardware package) that would be able to preform this miracle of digital imagery? (pretending price does not matter) Thanks inmates!

That's a pet peeve of mine with movies, when they take the crappy grainy low res secuity video and the big whig says "gimme a zoom on the guy's face, the one in the back, the little dot there... enhance, enhance, aha! Mr X!!"

That sort of thing just can't be done. What a digital image capture device has recorded in pixels is all there is.
