argh... can't sleep it's half past 5 in the morning and I'm not feeling tired at all! Atleast I'm glad i don't have to go up to work. *sigh*

i've had one for a couple of months now. the only major drawback is that the camera isnt professionally oriented, for instance you have basically no control over white balance. for me, (i'm a noob) it doesnt really matter but it does bother some ppl (who know how to use it...).

the only other drawback: get a large memory stick and a set of rechargeable batteries. its a great camera and you'll end up chewing through the stock memory stick and batteries in no time.

Just saw this, for my b-day my brother got me a Sony CyberShot DSC-P150 7.2 Mpx
http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/specs/Sony/sony_dscp150.asp

I really like it!
Zeiss optics, 3x optical zoom, manual settings, with the pro memorysticks you can do 640x480 film with sound at 30fps...

It's a good complement to my Canon Rebel with 3 different lenses.

My bro (who's a pro photographer) bought one for himself as a good sketch-camera, he's all analog otherwise.

Thanks for your replies!

I had mine for an half month and
the only thing that bothers me, is the
noise you get watching them at their
full size . This is not an biggie because it
doesn't show when printing.

melancholy:
I also have som problems with white balances.
But nothing photoshop wont fix. If i remember correctly there are diffrent settings
to change whitebalance. I think as default is set as auto. you can fiddle around with
that and see if it gets any better.
I've bought an 512 mb memory stick which I've get not have filled. (rechargeable batteries came with the package)

DmS:
The filming part is the same for my camera. It fits about
6 minutes fine quality fluid movies. There are also accesories
like lenses for the DSC-W1. I bought and VCL-DH0730 wideangle lens.
