InI, I'm not trying to shut you up becuase I don't think you're for real. I'm quite happy for you to open as many threads on here as you want so long as you don't consider with this threatening nad disruptive behaviour, but consider this: What you are doing here constitutes harassing and threatening behaviour. We hold the right to ban you or close your threads on those grounds. If we didn't, why are we here? You disrupt the smooth running of this board by your actions, and as such your legal argument enters shaky ground becuase it is terribly difficult to sue someone for actions that you yourself precipitated. Also, try reading the agreement you entered into when you signed up to this site. You agree not to be rude, threatening, harassing or otherwise disruptive. You have violated this. As I previously stated, in the past we have removed all contributions made by a member at that member's request. Have you tried actually asking? What I have seen so far tells me no. You demand, you threaten, but you do not ask.

Anyway, are you willing to incur the cost of suing an unknown number of nameless people? You cannot subpoena us by username or IP address.. .the law only makes provisions for listing us by our real names, none of which you actually hold in any tangible form.

Also, would you care to show examples of how we infringe on your copyrights or intellectual property? You claim we violate your rights by preventing you from wiping out everything you've said. I counter that by claiming that you're infringing on the intellectual property of a large number of people by having us remove them, especially whatever you may have added to the FAQ. Those things in the FAQ are no lomnger yours, but are the property of all, thoughts, ideas and words freely given over, that others are thne free to play around with and alter. You infringe on their right by demanding that these be taken away becuase by doing that we potentially take away what they have said too. The same thing applies to threads you have posted in.

If you believe what you have written here to be your intellectual property, then so be it, but you must also accept then that what others have written is also their intellectual property. That intellectual property is derived as a response from what you have written, by taking away what you have said you infringe this intellectual property copyright by removing the basis that their words are founded on. What right do you think you have, even under law, to do such a thing?

I personally don't think you actually have any legal grounds here and are simply looking for new and interesting ways to lash out at people. And yes, I am seeing this as an outburt, becuase that is all it is. You are clearly not thinking rationally, you are not actually listening to what people have said and you fail to see where you are going wrong in what you are saying. Your stubborn insistance that you are right in all things here and lack of willingness to see this from anyone else's point of view tells me that an outburst, an irrational action made by an irrationally angry person, is all this is.

I am going ot propose that your account be banned from here, since it's obviously what you want anyway, however unless I am overruled (which is possible) or things severely change, your posts and faq entries will remain where they are. You do not have a valid legal argument, since you cannot prove how we impinge upon your ability to use what is contained here for commercial gain or claim it to be out own work. You cannot prove these things since we are not doing them. You may as well say that a passerby who refuses to forget the words to a speech you made in a public forum is impinging on your intellectual property.

And as for me staying out of topic, if you feel you have aright to accuse all and sundry, I also have a right to respond. I personally think that you are a sad individual, that you feel you need to threaten legal action over something this small and petty, over something that is, in the end, nothing. Nothing at all. You need help, I suggest you wake up to yourself and seek it. You will emerge a happier person, believe me.

Just a quick note to say I will now be blocking your email address.

I explained in my reply to you where I think you stand legally (i.e. you don't have a leg to stand on) and morally (ditto) and suggested a compromise.

As explained I am uninterested in a debate and/or threats and abuse.

Although I have no authority around these parts anymore you appear intent on dragging me into this (emailing me out of the blue) so I will speak to the Doc and TP about resolving this matter although I still believe they are within their rights to tell you to stop whining and sling your hook.

I only mentioned your legal standpoint because you had raised the issue first.

In your first email (which I will be quite happy to post here if you wish) spoke of running a script to do what TP had failed to do. Now that seemed to me, when combined with a deadline to sort it out beofre you took action, as a threat to hack the forum.
