Have to say though, I once rang Dell tech support and they've outsourced all the technical support for home and small businesses, I got a guy from India(I recon), and he was dead smart, maybe a little hard to understand, but really helpful.

That was bloody great!

Sooooo been there, but the guy was less helpful. Kept wishing me good health, but very unhelpful.
