Does anyone here use Gush? If so can he/she tell me how to get Smilies working?? I tried contacting the Gush guys but didn't work and they're Help Room isn't very... helpful!

Gush Instant Messenger and RSS reader by 2entwine.net I can't see any smilies. Also whenever someone uses wierd text formatting like fadeing text in Yahoo I see something like this:

<fade f#ff0033,#ff7788>hi</fade>

Does anyone know how to fix this??
