that is very inspiring

as for the legal issues, you'd think FedEx would be pleased about all the free marketing they're getting out of the furniture and the website.

Well, FedEx's stated complaint with it seems to be that his use fo their logo on his stuff infringes their trademark in that unwary consumers might consider what he is doing to be part of FedEx's expanded product range. So... a possibility for something to offset this would be for him to declare, big, bold and loud on his site that he is, in no way, connect with or affiliated with FedEx, and the FedEx symbol is wholly owned by them, all rights reserved, blah, blah...
