I recently came across two websites, cheapcoolsoft, and thepricenet, which appear to sell expensive professional products (Photoshop CS, Studio MX, Premiere, etcetera) for incredibly low prices (around $50 to $150 dollars).

Are these sites legit? I realize the products are dowload only (ISO), but does that really negate those incredible sums for retail versions? Is there some catch?
