Topic: POW Week 84: Snow (Page 1 of 1)

Ok this weeks subject is snow...Mabye got any pics of wind sculptured snow or maybe some macro shots on snow crystals... be creative.

Rules:
1. Photo needs to go along with the subject in some way.
2. Use thumbnails for photos without any dimension larger than 450 px or over 40 kb.
3. Post as many as you want.
4. At the end of the week the person who chose the topic will pick someone to choose the next topic. This isn't a "winner", just someone who gets to suggest the next topic.

^ Well of course.. there's snow 'in them thar hills.' Very coo... I mean very cold... very cold indeed. =)

Me as well. Winter has not inserted it's nails,..............yet. I live in the US, in the state of Michigan.
Also known as the "Winter Wonderland". Of course it will be too late. But I like the idea.

1996. Bottom right I've outllined the tree and tweaked the car.... "both" are in the other 3 pics. Hospital workers were asked to report to the nearest hospital and that's my wife Caroline stepping out our front door heading out. It took her 40 minutes to make it less than 1 block to a main road where she stepped off a snow bank directly into the back of one of those monster type 4by pickups which was full with other hospital workers. I didn't see her for 3 days.

Back to the bottom right pic... see those clouds??... that snow was in those clouds... nobody knew it & I had no reason to take the shot other than it looked like it might be a good pic. The city came to a complete standstill for more than a week... a city where the norm sees people golfing in December.

Time to pick a person who selects the next POW...
